Who We Are
We are a high-end, male specific salon focused on technical perfection, artistic integrity, exceptional client experience, strong culture, and long-term growth. We don’t just hire staff—we develop future leaders.
The Opportunity
An apprenticeship offers an opportunity to gain a professional position as a Barbette or Barber at groom for men without having to invest in cosmetology or barber school. This is a contract between groom, the state and the individual. Hours needed to gain a license are achieved on the job. There is a full day class (at tech schools) 1 day/week for 10-12 months that needs to be attended – much better than 5 full days for 10 months.
Get paid while you train. Learn on the job.
Most apprenticeships allow an individual to get on the cutting floor earlier than having gone to a formal school. This results of groom’s training is the same whether you are an accomplished stylist, school graduate or have never cut hair before. This is a perfect path for someone who is driven to be successful, committed to learning and studies outside of the salon as well as in formal classes. By saving on school fees, getting paid for training and getting on the floor earlier, the apprenticeship is worth over $100k when all the financial factors align.
