The Opportunity
We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who wants more than just a job. This role is designed for someone who is eager to grow into a leadership position over time.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, polished first impression
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and phone communication
- Support stylists with client flow and daily operations
- Handle retail sales and recommend products with confidence
- Handle point of sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area
- Assist with light administration duties
- Assist with light marketing (social media, promotions, client outreach)
- Hello with research and development.
- Help improve systems and client experience over time
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- Clean and correct handling of money and scheduling
- Interest in Software and its capabilities
- Previous customer service experience preferred (salon/spa is a plus)
